4Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the Platform, Users must register an account by providing accurate details including a valid Bangladesh mobile number and creating a secure password. By registering, you represent that all information submitted is true, complete, and will be kept current.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time SMS codes. 93okl will never request your bKash or Nagad PIN via any channel.
- All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 93okl support immediately.

5Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 93okl are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit is ৳100.
- Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time in most cases. Any delay should be reported to 93okl support with a payment confirmation screenshot for manual investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements and satisfactory KYC verification. 93okl targets processing within minutes for fully verified accounts.

7Responsible Gaming
